A simultaneous measurement of plural information by the two light

The fluorescent spot tracking software「G-Track」

・High-speed and high-accuracy tracing of all the fluorescent spots without modification (such as density slicing)

“G-Track” is an excellent fluorescent spot tracking software: it has everything you need, from image processing to data analysis, to trace a single fluorescent spot in time-lapse images obtained in scientific settings including single-molecule imaging.
High-speed and high-accuracy tracing of all the fluorescent spots in your image can be achieved using an algorithm that calculates the centroid of the spot (centroid analysis mode) and newly developed Gaussian fitting algorithm that allows analysis of not only circular but also oval-shaped fluorescent spots.
